Manufacturing Technician

Full time position

All shifts available:

1st (Mon-Fri | 7am-3:30pm)

2nd (Mon-Fri | 3pm-11:30pm)

3rd (Sun-Thurs | 11pm-7:30am)

Overtime when needed on weekends

(Must be able to work in extreme heat environments - Summer is upon us and work area is very hot!)

A local manufacturing company is hiring for production line workers ! This is hands-on, steady work for individuals who are dependable, ready to learn, and want an opportunity to grow into a long-term role. Work areas include compression molding, open cure ovens, cracker mill compression, calendar milling, sanding, die press operation, foam-in-place, water jet cutting, autoclaves, and bumpers. Whether you're trimming, pressing, forming, cutting, spraying, or curing materials, you'll be part of a process that values attention to detail, quality craftsmanship, and efficient production.

Responsibilities

• Assist with rubber production processes
• Lift materials up to 50 lbs. independently
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow instructions and work as part of a team

Requirements

• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Great attendance and dependability
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical work
• Comfortable working in high-temperature environments
• Team player with flexibility to work in various departments
• Must be able to work in extreme heat environments - Summer is upon us and work area is very hot!
