General Dentist Opportunity (rotate between Medford & Shoreham)

SCHEDULE:

• Monday 9-5
• Tuesday 9-6
• Wednesday 9-6
• Thursday 9-5
• Friday 9-5
• Every other Saturday 8-1

*Provider would have a weekday off when working a Saturday


RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clinical Oversight: Lead patient exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning while maintaining a high standard of care and patient satisfaction.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with support teams such as HR, Finance, IT, and operations to ensure efficient and successful practice management.
• Patient Experience Focus: Create a comfortable and engaging environment where patients feel confident and well cared for.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited program with an active state license in good standing
• 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred; some opportunities available for new graduates
• Strong commitment to ethical, patient-first care
• Interest in continuing education, mentorship, and team collaboration
• Driven to contribute to both personal success and overall practice growth
