Michigan Licensed Mental Health Therapist

To support a growing practice, the part-time Michigan Licensed Mental Health Therapist will deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients while managing a caseload of 7-20 sessions per week and completing documentation within 48 hours of client contact. Key responsibilities Provide evidence-based therapy using modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ACT to adult clients Maintain a client caseload and ensure timely completion of all documentation in EMR Collaborate with other mental health providers and adjust treatment based on client progress Required qualifications Independently licensed in Michigan as LMSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+) and 6+ months of teletherapy experience Proficiency with clinical assessments and comfort with EHR systems Willingness to become licensed in other states, with costs covered by the employer
