Opportunity for OB/GYNs: New Graduates and Experienced Professionals Welcome

Join our thriving private practice located just 40 miles from Atlanta, where we prioritize a fulfilling work-life balance alongside competitive compensation. Our all-female team offers both partnership and employee pathways, fostering a supportive environment with full-time and part-time OB/GYNs, nurse practitioners, and certified midwives. Flexible Work Arrangements

We provide adaptable scheduling options, accommodating full-time, part-time, hospital-based laborists/hospitalists, office-only roles, or comprehensive OB/GYN positions. We are eager to discuss a schedule that suits your needs!

About Our Location

Our practice, Covington Women’s Health Specialists, is a respected and established collaborative care OB/GYN group situated in a charming small city in the eastern suburbs of Atlanta. Enjoy the benefits of small-town living while being less than an hour away from the vibrant heart of the city.

Facilities and Technology

Our main office is conveniently located on the hospital campus, with two nearby satellite locations. We utilize Epic EMR for both office and hospital settings. Experience in reading ultrasounds is advantageous, as we document using FujiPACs. Our practice also performs minor gynecologic surgical procedures in-office. The affiliated hospital, part of the Piedmont Healthcare System, features a da Vinci robot, a level III NICU, access to various medical and subspecialty services, and 24/7 anesthesia coverage. Currently, we deliver around 65 babies each month, with aspirations to reach 100. Call is 1:5, supported by an experienced certified nurse midwife on-site, ensuring a favorable work/life balance and excellent professional growth opportunities.

Compensation and Benefits

Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance and time
Four weeks of annual vacation
New graduates are encouraged to apply—our mentoring OB/GYNs have 10-25 years of experience, and board certification in minimally invasive techniques is achievable!
New graduates have successfully attained board certification within their first year.

Incentives

A sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available. Early signing may allow for the release of funds while still in residency, which can be used as a stipend or for student loan relief.
