Salary Range: $2.13 To $2.13 Hourly Minimum Qualifications: Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Physical capability to perform repetitive motions, lift and carry heavy items, and stand for extended periods. Strong guest service skills with a professional and well‑groomed appearance. Reliable attendance and punctuality to ensure consistent shift coverage. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in responsible alcohol service or bartending training programs. Knowledge of a wide range of cocktails, spirits, and beverage trends. Experience using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and handling cash transactions. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently during busy periods. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests and team members. Responsibilities: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware and utensils. Engage with guests to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive customer experience. Handle cash and electronic payments accurately and efficiently, including opening and closing tabs. Monitor guest behavior to identify and address any safety or service issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to manage inventory and restock as needed during shifts. Adhere to all health, safety, and licensing regulations related to alcohol service.
