About Getlabs Getlabs is a leading platform for at-home diagnostics. Role Overview We are seeking a PRN Mobile Phlebotomist to provide mobile phlebotomy services in patients' homes or offices. The PRN shift runs from 5 am to 1 pm. Candidates must be available a minimum of three days a week between Monday and Friday and confirm availability each Friday. Responsibilities Visit patients in their homes or offices and drive to and from appointments using your own vehicle. Process specimens using a portable centrifuge and drop samples off at patient service centers or laboratories. Follow safe and accurate blood collection procedures and maintain a high degree of accuracy in specimen processing. Adapt quickly in a rapid high‑growth environment. Maintain close communication with the operations and patient experience team during business hours. Confirm availability to your leader each Friday for the week ahead, or as need arises. Work up to 29 hours a week, with no guaranteed hours in a PRN role. Qualifications Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency. Minimum one year of phlebotomy experience (mobile experience preferred). Experience processing blood samples. Certification from a national agency such as AMT, ASCP, or NCCT. Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently or in a team environment with minimal supervision. Reliable transportation and clean driving record. Proof of first dose of Covid‑19 vaccine within 30 days of employment. Bonus: Fluency in Spanish. Benefits W2 employment at $19/hr. Flexible schedule.
