Qualifications: Tennessee license endorsed as a speech & language pathologist Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents. Must be able to project a positive image of the district to students, staff, parents, and the public. Must be organized. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Skills, Knowledge, Abilities Evaluates and provides therapy for school-age children who experience challenges with speech and language skills Knowledge of differentiated instruction based upon student learning styles. Knowledge of IEP and TNPulse data systems Knowledge of applicable federal and state laws regarding education and students. Ability to use computer network systems and software applications as needed. Ability to organize and coordinate work. Ability to communicate effectively with students and parents. Ability to engage in self-evaluation about performance and professional growth. Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with others contacted in the course of work.
