Bankruptcy Attorney (Mid-Level Associate & Above)

MUST HAVE- Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 12 cases; adversary proceeding plaintiffs and defendants; creditors' committees; individual creditors; trustees in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 cases; and receivers

Location: Fully Remote (North Carolina Only) Requirements: Active North Carolina Bar License Mid-level to senior-level bankruptcy experience Strong client management and case handling skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment
