Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial planning activities within a manufacturing environment.Responsibilities:

• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Analyze financial data and explain variances
• Build reports, dashboards, and financial models
• Utilize Power BI and advanced Excel for reporting and analysis
• Partner with stakeholders to support planning and decision-making
• Ensure accuracy of financial data and reporting

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years of Financial Analyst/FP&A experience
• Power BI
• Manufacturing industry experience required
• Budgeting and Planning Tools
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
• Experience with budgeting/planning tools
• Strong Power BI skills
• Experience working with large datasets and financial reporting

Preferred Skills:

• SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
• SAP
• SAP BPC
• Workday
• Adaptive Planning

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
