Counterproliferation All-Source Intelligence Analyst

Overview Counterproliferation All-Source Intelligence Analyst. The opportunity involves using specialized experience to find and interpret data to provide clients with actionable intelligence. The role focuses on ICD-compliant analytic production to support U.S. acquisitions, analyze foreign military capabilities, and craft analysis to mitigate future threats. You will generate analytic lines and written intelligence products, brief senior DoD leaders, and produce whitepapers and assessments. The position supports collection activities, strategic and tactical priorities, and responses to contingency operations, with opportunities to mentor colleagues and grow expertise within a collaborative team. Responsibilities Perform ICD-compliant analytic production with a focus on supporting U.S. acquisitions programs. Analyze current and anticipated foreign military capabilities and craft analyses to mitigate future threats. Support collection activities aligned with strategic and tactical intelligence priorities and contingency operations. Analyze missiles, delivery systems, advanced weapons, and related military activities and operations. Generate analytic lines and written intelligence products in accordance with IC tradecraft standards. Utilize a wide range of intelligence resources and tools to support analysis and decision-making. Brief analysis to senior DoD leaders and produce whitepapers and short- and long-term assessments. Share expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. Qualifications 8+ years of experience with intelligence analysis, U.S. government all-source analytic production, or specialized intelligence analysis areas. Experience authoring products utilizing ICD 203 and ICD 206 tradecraft standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products, ad hoc reports, and briefings. Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph. HS diploma or GED with 12+ years of analysis experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of analysis experience. Nice If You Have Experience with all-source intelligence analysis and production for military activities and operations, counterproliferation, and counterterrorism. Experience at a national-level agency. TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph. Clearance and Security Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required. Compensation and Benefits Compensation at Booz Allen is determined by location, education, experience, and other factors. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
