Order Selector / Forklift Operator

Integrity Staffing Solutions is hiring Order Selectors / Stand-Up Forklift Operators to join our client in Lithia Springs. With performance reviews every 90, you can earn up to $25-$26/HR after 540 days (or even less!)

Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks to move product throughout the warehouse.
  
  
• Accurately pick, stage, and load orders according to company standards.
  
  
• Perform inventory checks, quality inspections, and cycle counts as required.
  
  
• Maintain clean and safe work areas , following all OSHA and facility safety guidelines.
  
  
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards while supporting team goals.
  
  
• Assist with other warehouse tasks as assigned (e.g., pallet wrapping, staging, shipping/receiving).
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Order Selector or Stand-Up Forklift Operator required.
  
  
• Valid forklift certification preferred (Integrity can assist with recertification if needed).
  
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
  
  
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to meet performance metrics.
  
  
• Commitment to working safely and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
