Housing Manager

Housing Manager Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 7:00 AM–5:30 PM Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and organized Housing Manager to support day-to-day housing operations and ensure accurate, timely, and confidential management of tenant records. This is an entry-level opportunity with on-the-job training provided . Key Responsibilities Maintain and monitor accurate tenant files and records. Conduct annual tenant recertifications and process interim requests, including rent adjustments. Review information for accuracy and compliance with applicable policies and regulations. Maintain confidentiality of tenant and agency information. Attend required training and cross-training sessions. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in administration, housing, social services, case management, or compliance. Strong organizational, analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret and apply regulations, policies, and procedures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook . Preferred Qualifications: Experience with HUD, Housing Choice Voucher (HCV), Section 8, public housing, or other affordable housing programs . Familiarity with EIV, PIC, and housing management software . Knowledge of income calculations, eligibility determinations, and housing regulatory compliance.
