Medical Call Center Representative

This is a regular, full-time position with virtual training and employee benefits, and it is 100% remote. Come join our team! Patient Services Representatives communicate with patients via phone, accurately and timely schedule appointments based on provided protocols, pre-register patients and verify insurance. This is a virtual call center position, so you know when you disconnect the call, you are done with that task and on to the next one. · We prefer candidates with a minimum of one year of high-volume scheduling experience in a call center environment. Representatives can expect to handle 100+ calls back-to-back per shift. Medical experience is a plus.
· Candidates must have exceptional communication skills, including written (legible, concise, and with appropriate spelling) and verbal, including proper phone etiquette.
· The Patient Services Representatives must have private, noise-free, HIPAA-compliant space at home.
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required. Applicants must reside in the U.S.
