Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients recovering from orthopedic, neurological, cardiac, and medically complex conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals
• Provide gait training, balance training, strengthening, transfer training, and mobility interventions
• Collaborate with OT, SLP, nursing staff, physicians, and caregivers
• Educate patients and families regarding safety, mobility, and discharge planning
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
