• We use Eureka Math and Core Knowledge ELA, high-quality, knowledge-rich curricula.
• Teachers work within collaborative grade-level teams.
• Teams meet regularly to analyze student data, refine instruction, share resources, and plan targeted interventions.

Teachers partner closely with families and our Culture Team to ensure students receive both academic and social-emotional support. We believe strong family engagement is essential to student success.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• A valid Indiana teaching license.
• Experience supporting children in developing foundational academic skills.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum and content.
• The instructional and classroom management skills necessary to support diverse learners at varying skill levels.
• A commitment to engaging families and the broader community in students' academic and social development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.
• A deep commitment to high expectations and measurable student achievement.
• Leadership potential and a willingness to take initiative to improve outcomes inside and outside the classroom.
