Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations, which include reviewing medical history, performing assessments, and documenting findings with precision.
• Develop and articulate individualized treatment plans that incorporate collaborative goal-setting with both patients and their families.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols that respond to each patient's unique needs, adapting strategies based on ongoing assessments and care evolution.
• Work in close consultation with physicians, other therapists, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Current state licensing is required prior to starting the role. Compensation and Benefits
