Lead Maintenance Technician

Gpac has partnered with a company that manages a portfolio of approximately 140 residential units and are looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and hands‑on Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance operations and ensure our properties remain in top condition. This is a leadership role requiring strong HVAC expertise, emergency availability, and general handyman skills. While this position is primarily focused on residential maintenance across a portfolio of approximately 120 units, occasional commercial property service requests may arise. Lead Maintenance Description primary point of contact for all maintenance issues diagnose install and repair HVAC systems perfrom general maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, painting, appliance repairts and more.
