Help Desk Support (DAI, Financial)Help Desk Support (DAI, Financial)– SECRET Clearance – San Diego BizFirst is assisting our client with recruiting a skilled and experienced Help Desk Support (DAI, Financial). The role will also involve handling DAI access requirements and maintenance, as well as providing support and troubleshooting for Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and other related issues. In addition, the position will require creating training materials, preparing bi-weekly metrics and progress reports, monthly communication tools, and reporting.Responsibilities:Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support (triage) to users, resolving issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams as needed.Handle DAI access requirements, including provisioning and maintaining user access according to established policies and procedures.Troubleshoot and provide support for Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and related modules, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimizing system downtime.Develop and maintain training materials to enable end-users to effectively utilize DAI and related modules.Prepare bi-weekly metrics and progress reports, summarizing help desk activities, ticket resolution, and user satisfaction levels.Assist in the creation of monthly communication tools, including newsletters, user tips, and system updates, to enhance user awareness and adoption of DAI and related modules.Generate regular reports on help desk performance, including ticket volumes, resolution times, and user feedback, to identify trends and areas for improvement.Requirements:U.S. Citizenship requiredDoD Secret Clearance or higherMinimum of five (5) years of experience within the past ten (10) years in direct support of Oracle Federal financial and accounting operations.Strong knowledge and experience with Oracle Federal Financial or DAI modules, including Budget to Report, Cost Accounting, Procure to Pay, Oracle Time and Labor, OBIEE, User Management (UMX), and Order to Cash.Proven experience in providing Tier 1 helpdesk support, including issue triaging, ticket management, and resolution.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Time and Labor and other related modules.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Desired Skills:Experience with other Oracle Financials modules and integration points.Familiarity with reporting tools and data analysis.Understanding of ITIL processes and methodologies.Relevant certifications in DAI or related fields are a plus.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:Family Health Care (54% cost covered for the entire family)Family Dental (54% cost covered for the entire family)Family Vision (54% cost covered for the entire family)Flexible Spending AccountOverutilization bonuses for Time and Materials (T&M) contractsLifetime Event Bonuses (e.g., child, marriage)Profit-sharing arrangement for any work brought into the companyUnlimited Leave with Approval401k 100% employer match on first 4% invested$1,000 training budgetSchedule: Monday to FridayWork Location: On-site San DiegoBizFirst LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race or ethnicity, religion, sex, national origin, age, veteran disability or genetic information or any other reason prohibited by law in employment.
