Marketing Coordinator

Compensation: DOE (Dependent on Experience) + Commission About Agrifluence Agrifluence is an agricultural marketing agency based in Fresno, CA working with agribusinesses across the country. We're growing, and we're looking for a Marketing Coordinator who can help keep our client work moving. Someone organized, dependable, and comfortable wearing a lot of hats in a fast-paced agency environment. About the Role As Marketing Coordinator, you'll be at the center of daily execution across our client accounts. You'll be the connective tissue between strategy and delivery making sure content ships on time, clients stay in the loop, and our systems run smoothly. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role for someone who thrives on organization and follow-through. Key Responsibilities Client & Project Management Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for clients on project status, timelines, and deliverables. Package and send content out for client approval, track feedback, and manage revisions to keep production on schedule. Coordinate client design projects, keeping timelines, assets, and stakeholders aligned from kickoff to delivery. Own and maintain CRM programs keeping contact records, pipelines, and campaign data accurate and up to date. Content & Marketing Execution Build and maintain content calendars across client accounts; plan content mapping in line with each client's marketing strategy. Publish content across platforms, monitor mentions, and respond to comments/DMs. Vett and manage influencer partnerships. Build and send campaigns and newsletters. Draft captions, blog snippets, and email copy to support the content calendar. Make minor CMS edits, publish blog posts, and update landing pages. Analytics & Research Pull, compile, and generate performance/analytics reports across social, email, and paid channels. Track industry trends and competitor activity to support strategy and client decks. Internal Support Maintain shared drives, asset libraries, and brand guideline consistency across client projects. Jump in wherever needed to help the team deliver quality work on time. Travel Approximately 10% travel, primarily for customer meetings, photo/video shoots and industry events. What We're Looking For 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related coordinator role (agency experience a plus). Experience supporting B2B and B2C marketing initiatives. Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple client accounts/projects simultaneously. Familiarity with CRM platforms and social media scheduling tools. Understanding of marketing analytics and reporting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset. You catch things before they become problems.
