Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Fabricator for our 1st shift team. This role is responsible for setting up and operating fabrication equipment, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring finished products meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in a metal fabrication environment and a strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate fabrication machinery and equipment Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Measure and inspect parts to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met Use precision measuring tools such as height gauges, calipers, tape measures, squares, and angle finders Perform basic shop math to ensure proper dimensions and tolerances Inspect finished products and identify any defects or inconsistencies Maintain a clean and organized work area Work independently as well as part of a team to meet production goals Qualifications Previous experience in a metal fabrication environment required Proficient with measuring tools and inspection equipment Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions Experience operating industrial machinery Knowledge of basic shop math Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work both independently and in a team setting #J-18808-Ljbffr Priority StaffCorp
