We are growing rapidly and looking for high performers at every level to grow with us.POSITION SUMMARY:The Tennis Center Lead will perform daily office, court & facility duties, work closely with the management. The Lead will be responsible for greeting and welcoming members and their guests. This position is a first point of contact between guests and the facility. Individuals are expected to maintain a pleasant and friendly demeanor while always providing excellent customer service.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:Directly aligns with the venue's Mission Statement and Core ValuesEnsure facility users adhere to venue guidelines to provide a safe atmosphere for users and protect the facility from property damageAssist with administrative duties as needed such as reporting for court usage and sales, invoicing for league captains and events, tracking of product inventorySupport updating operations manual as neededRespond to calls and inquiriesMonitor the use of all courts and equipmentReport any court or equipment defects to the management Carry out standard upkeep/maintenance of courts and equipment and make certain they are safe to useAdhere to sanitization procedures in venueMake sure all merchandise and equipment is safely and appropriately storedPerform general upkeep and other necessary tasks as needed during each shiftSet up and tear down of equipment as needed for events, etc.Perform all other duties as assigned by Managers on DutyAssist with facility and equipment closeout procedures as needed during each shiftAdditional duties as assigned by managementMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Must be at least 18 years old or olderExperience in a tennis facility settingFlexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours) and regular attendance necessaryMust have excellent guest service skillsMust work well in a team environmentWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Must be able to lift 40 pounds waist highWill be required to stand for extended periods of time indoor and outdoorMust have a flexible schedule (mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, etc.)Facility has intermittent noise
