Social Media Associate

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Associate to help strengthen our digital presence and expand brand awareness across the U.S. market. Position Overview The Social Media Associate will report to the PR team and manage BrainCo’s U.S. social media channels. This entry-level role is responsible for creating engaging content, designing visually compelling graphics, and promoting BrainCo’s products across major social media platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital storytelling and brand building. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain BrainCo’s U.S. social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and X. Create engaging graphics, social media posts, short-form videos, and other digital content. Develop content that promotes BrainCo’s products, company news, events, and marketing campaigns. Collaborate with the PR team to execute social media campaigns and product launches. Monitor social media trends and recommend new content ideas and creative formats. Maintain the social media content calendar and ensure consistent brand messaging. Track content performance and provide basic social media analytics and reporting. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Public Relations, or a related field. Entry-level (0–2 years of experience). Graphic design skills are required. Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills. Strong graphic design skills with a good eye for layout, typography, color, and branding. Familiarity with major social media platforms and current digital trends. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects. Preferred Qualifications Experience creating short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts. Basic knowledge of social media analytics and scheduling tools.
