Paralegal, Commercial Litigation, Real Estate, Litigation Harwood Lloyd, LLP of Hackensack, NJ is looking to hire a full-time Paralegal with experience in Commercial Real Estate and Litigation to join our transactional group. The position requires hands-on experience with our transactional attorneys to draft legal documents, and open, maintain and organize client files. Whether it's monitoring attorneys' calendars and answering client calls with professional telephone etiquette, or scheduling Zoom meetings, your accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail ensure that things are done right the first time. In our Commercial Real Estate department you work hand-in-hand with our attorneys to provide daily administrative support, file motions and draft legal documents, and open, maintain and organize client files. Qualifications For a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal Bank Loan Reviews Preparation of commercial leases, purchase and sales agreements, and closing binders Experience communicating directly with the courts and with clients Coordination of closings and meetings Experience with eCourts and foreclosures Excellent written and verbal skills Detail oriented Current technological skills Team player Are you able to prioritize tasks effectively?
