Locum - Radiology Physician - Diagnostic - Grass Valley , CA

Job Description


Orientation - half the hourly/callback rate, kicks in after 8 hours. "Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours"

on going coverage, two weeks per month

Monday-Friday two weeks per month. Ideal schedule would be 1st and 3rd week of the month or 2nd and 4th week of the month.

Shift time: 8a-4p

Setting: Outpatient Clinic

Duties: Reading studies of all modalities in addition to diagnostic mammograms with breast biopsies

Required Procedures: Read Mammo, PET and perform breast biopsies

EMR: Cerner

Support Staff: Radiology techs, US techs, other support staff

Credentialing Information: 90-120 days hospital and foundation privileges required. Hospital and Foundation privileges

Submission Requirements

Board Certified/Board Eligible - Required

CA Active license - Required

Availability at time of name clear(Specific dates and blackout dates required for presentation) - Required

Residency - Required (Ability to perform diagnostic mammograms and biopsies)

Clean Malpractice - Highly Preferred

BLS/ACLS and DEA - Required during credentialing
