Aspen Contracting is seeking a driven and experienced Field Manager to lead and develop a high-performance field team in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires active involvement in the field. This position is not entry-level. Candidates must have prior experience in door-to-door, canvassing, outside sales, or field team leadership and understand the expectations of working in a field-based role. The Field Manager will be responsible for driving performance, maintaining structure, and holding team members accountable while leading from the front. This team operates with a high level of professionalism, discipline, and clear communication. Expectations are high, and consistency is key.

Office 114 – Lexington Market

3055 Lexington Road, Unit B Nicholasville, KY 40356 Hiring throughout the Greater Lexington area and surrounding Kentucky communities.

Important: This position services the Lexington market. While much of your time will be spent in the field managing and supporting team members, you will report to the Nicholasville office for meetings, planning, training, and business-related activities.
