Deliver personalized speech therapy interventions aimed at enhancing language, fluency, voice, and swallowing abilities. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physical and occupational therapists, physicians, nurses, caregivers, and family members to ensure coordinated care. Provide educational resources to patients and their families, empowering them to support progress beyond our sessions. Engage in occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions, assuring consistent care throughout the patient journey. Keep precise and timely records in compliance with all regulatory standards. Participate in ongoing education and peer-sharing opportunities to stay at the forefront of speech pathology advancements. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is required for those not yet holding ASHA certification. Certifications Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist . Preferably, a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment. Skills Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic approaches appropriate for patients across all age groups, with keen insight into developmental and acquired speech and swallowing disorders.
