You will execute our product strategy by supporting new product development, conducting competitive and strategic analyses, aligning messaging across teams, and monitoring overall product health. This cross-functional role involves collaboration with various internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful investment products, materials, and analysis./ppPrimary responsibilities/essential functions:/pulliSupport the execution of the vision and priorities for Retirement Solutions/liliSupport the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial research and design through market launch and ongoing product management/liliBecome a subject matter expert for our co-manufactured products and personalized target date services in internal and external engagements/liliDevelop and refine resources (e.g., sales speaking points, business overviews, FAQs, playbooks), reporting, and tools to support the product suite, monitor product health, and drive process improvements/liliResearch industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to provide strategic recommendations for the Retirement Solutions roadmap/liliCollaborate with external partners (e.g., recordkeepers, trustees) and internal teams (e.g., other product teams, sales, marketing, legal, operations) to drive product development and management efforts, ensuring consistency in product messaging and positioning/liliLead small- to medium-scale projects and business initiatives (e.g., product changes, strategic assessment of vehicle offerings and accessibility)/liliProvide analysis and ongoing product management support for the broader Retirement Solutions team as needed/li/ulpYou are the person Capital Group is looking for:/pulliBachelors Degree.
