Shift: Night Shift, 12-hour shifts

Hours/week: 36-40

Employment Type: Contract/Travel

License/Certs: Current RN License in Mississippi, BLS, ACLS, CPI (12-month blue card)

Experience: Minimum 2 years of ICU RN experience, proficient in EPIC documentation

Certifications: BLS, ACLS, CPI; ICU experience preferred

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care in the ICU in accordance with hospital protocols and policies
• Utilize the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute patient care plans
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and procedures
• Document patient information accurately in EPIC or relevant documentation systems
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes
• Ensure infection control and safety standards are maintained at all times

What You Need

• Current Mississippi RN License
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience with EPIC documentation proficiency
• BLS, ACLS, CPI certifications (Crisis Prevention), with CPI certification preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt behavior to diverse patient populations and collaborate effectively
