CPM Builders is seeking a reliable and hardworkingHandyman Crew Member to support our commercial construction and luxury retail interior projects throughout South Florida. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in craftsmanship, and can assist with general construction, repairs, punch-list items, and project support activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform general handyman and maintenance tasks on active construction projects.
• Assist with carpentry, drywall repairs, painting, caulking, and finish work.
• Install fixtures, hardware, shelving, doors, and other project components.
• Complete punch-list items and quality corrections as directed.
• Load, unload, and transport materials and tools.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Support Superintendents and Project Managers with project needs.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Assist with site logistics, material deliveries, and project closeout activities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a handyman, in maintenance, construction, or a related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of carpentry, painting, drywall, and general repairs.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds and work in physically demanding environments.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)

Location

• Based in South Florida.
• Travel to project sites throughout the region may be required.
