Doral Automotive GroupJob DescriptionPositionBDC SpecialistDepartmentSalesReports ToBDC ManagerPosition SummaryBDC Associates will be responsible for handling all Service internet Chats, Incoming appointment calls as well as confirming service appointments and performing follow-up for upcoming servicesThe Business Development Center (BDC) Associate is responsible for developing, processing, managing, following up and tracking all customers as it pertains to parts, service, and sales departments within the dealership.Position ResponsibilitiesGather accurate customer information to create a database for continual follow-up and retentionBuild and maintain knowledge of product information, current sales pricing and dealership and manufacturer events and promotionsUtilize computer & phone skills within our Internet department to increase appointments, sales, and customer retentionSchedule solid appointments with customer call-ins, lists of sold and unsold floor traffic, previous customers, referrals, other generic leads and service and parts customersAgents must adhere to Doral Auto Group phone scriptsLog all customer comments into Dealership’s CRMSchedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made in Dealership Management SystemConfirm scheduled appointments with future customersPost scheduled appointments on appointment board in the Business Development CenterRe-schedule "no-show" customer appointmentsFollow-up with sales or service department to determine if the appointment was kept and what the outcome wasSchedule future contact as neededMaintain and update customer changes in databaseContact current customer base on current marketing incentivesComplies with Company policies and proceduresPosition Requirements and QualificationsAbility to present information in a clear and professional mannerAbility to manage one's own time effectivelyAbility to type efficientlyBasic & phone computer skillsHigh School Diploma or GED; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 18 years or older required.Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles #J-18808-Ljbffr
