Key Responsibilities

• Serve as circulating RN across a high-volume surgical environment with 11 OR suites and 1 GI suite, supporting 30–50 cases per day
• Perform circulator duties primarily for orthopedic procedures including total joints with robotic assistance, arthroscopy, spine, foot and ankle, hand, and ORIF cases
• Support additional surgical service lines including general, ENT, GYN, and plastics as needed
• Operate and assist with robotic surgical systems during applicable procedures
• Maintain patient safety, documentation, and regulatory compliance throughout the perioperative process

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in South Dakota or a compact state
• Minimum 3 years of recent experience as a circulating RN in the operating room
• Strong orthopedic surgical experience, including total joints and arthroscopy
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Current ACLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Robotics experience in the OR setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with MAKO robotic surgical system highly preferred
• 3–4 years of total OR circulator experience
• Familiarity with spine, foot and ankle, hand, and ORIF procedures
