Service BDC Associate Auto Dealership Appointment Specialist

Sonic Automotive

BMW Fairfax, part of Sonic Automotive, is hiring a Service BDC Associate to generate service appointments and handle internet inquiries for both new and pre-owned vehicles. You'll use a CRM to manage leads and keep customer files up to date, while delivering a premium experience.

This full-time role requires strong communication, teamwork, and process discipline, with comprehensive training and benefits offered by the Sonic family.
