What You'll Do:
- Lead day-to-day warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and inventory control
- Serve as a hands-on leader, setting an example for safety, productivity, and quality standards
- Assign and monitor tasks to warehouse associates to meet daily goals
- Train new employees and provide ongoing guidance to team members
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment and tools
- Communicate with supervisors and other departments to resolve issues and coordinate workflow
- Enforce safety protocols and company policies consistently
- Delivery driver duties as assigned.
- Tire Technician work as needed.
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Basic computer skills; experience with inventory systems a plus
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods
