As a Screener at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will help support a secure environment by screening people, packages, and materials in accordance with site procedures. You will maintain a visible presence, report security-related concerns, and provide professional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $15.80 / Hour Job Schedule: Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Screen personnel, visitors, contractors, and/or deliveries in accordance with established access-control and screening requirements. Inspect packages, parcels, and other items entering or leaving the facility for prohibited or unauthorized materials, following site procedures. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and promptly reporting concerns to appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including entry points, loading areas, and the business perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
