Lead Identity Security Program Delivery Manager

As our Lead Identity Security Program Delivery Manager, you will oversee and drive the delivery of Chubb’s identity and access management and information security initiatives, combining agile identity solution delivery with global security program management. You will lead cross functional teams to deliver identity management capabilities, improve user access management, and execute strategic security projects that strengthen the policies, procedures, tools, and controls protecting the confidentiality, integrity, privacy, and availability of systems, networks, and data.In this role, you will:Lead the priorities and delivery of the Identity Management solution implementation team and ensure development teams follow Scrum frameworks and agile practicesDefine, measure, and drive delivery of MVP releases to improve user access management and support onboarding of applications into the new IGA solutionUse agile methodologies to plan, manage, and deliver solutions while training, mentoring, and supporting Scrum teamsManage tasks, action items, project scope, timelines, processes, and deliverablesFacilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, demos, and testing activitiesMonitor progress, performance, risks, and issues, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvementServe as the primary point of contact for customers, stakeholders, and leadership, and prepare and present status reports, executive updates, briefings, and reportingManage complex global security projects and strategic initiatives, including process improvement, metrics definition, operating reviews, and presentation developmentCollaborate with global and regional IT teams and ensure stakeholders understand responsibilities and expected outcomesStay current on identity and security technologies and industry developments, and provide recommendations based on key metrics and security trends Chubb is a world leader in insurance. A minimum of 3 years of project management experience in security, technology, or a related fieldBachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrated experience and knowledgeStrong knowledge of project management methodologies, practices, and toolsExperience leading agile teams, scrum ceremonies, and delivery in a multifaceted environmentStrong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skillsAbility to translate technical information for non-technical audiencesExperience with identity management solutions, Active Directory/Azure identity integration patterns, and Agile tools such as Jira is preferredPMP or Scrum Master certification is preferred, but not required with relevant experienceFull timePosting Date: 2026-08-06
