About the Role

As Compiler Tech Lead, you’ll provide both technical and team leadership, guiding architecture decisions, mentoring engineers, and shaping the design of core compiler systems. What You Will Do

• Lead a team of 3–6 engineers, driving execution and collaboration.
• Provide mentorship to both junior and senior engineers.
• Take ownership of major design components and compiler interfaces.
• Maintain and extend technical design documentation and specifications.
• Create training material and onboarding content for new hires.
• Provide thought leadership on compiler architecture and future directions.

What You Will Bring

• 8+ years of experience in compiler or runtime development.
• 3+ years in a technical/team lead role.
• Strong expertise in C++.
• Experience with Git/GitHub workflows.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN).

Preferred:

• Proficiency in Python 3.
• Familiarity with PyTorch.
• Knowledge of OS fundamentals and MLIR.
• Basic understanding of computer architecture.
