Experience or willingness to work with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or dementia - Knowledge of activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care tasks - Ability to lift and transfer individuals safely when needed - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of people - Previous experience in social work, home care, senior care, or direct support is a plus Joining our team as a Direct Support Professional offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
