Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team in Cranbury, NJ. As a key player in our marketing, you will focus on promoting our material handling solutions to a diverse range of clients. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our material handling products and services.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media.
• Independent email campaign execution, CRM, e-mail marketing and website/content management updates.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and initiatives.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
• Sales support and project management.
• Maintain and update marketing materials, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the material handling or industrial sector.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in CRM data, campaign attribution, dashboards, e-mail automation, web-content systems and conversion of engagement reporting
• Proficiency in graphic design software and marketing automation tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to write and edit customer-facing material, maintaining brand consistency.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, and work across sales, service, parts, operations and executive stakeholders.

This is an in-person position, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
