ICU Registered NurseThis is a 13-week contract position.3x12-hour rotating shifts (07:00 - 19:30 / 19:00 - 07:30); primary shift is days with rotating nights based on departmental needs.The ICU Registered Nurse will provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in a team-oriented environment. This position requires adapting to fluctuating staffing needs while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and care delivery.Administer medications and monitor vital signsManage ventilators, IV drips, and other life-supporting systemsProvide direct patient care and coordinate with interdisciplinary teamsDocument patient care activities accurately in the electronic health record systemFloat to other units as needed and participate in emergency response protocolsActive RN license in the state of Maryland or Compact LicenseCurrent certifications: BLS, ACLS, CPI, and NIHSSMinimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU settingFamiliarity with Epic charting system preferredCharge nurse experience is a plusThe ICU services a variety of patient age groups including adolescents (ages 15-17 if adult-like), adults, and geriatrics with conditions such as sepsis, ARDS, post-operative recovery, and cardiac complications.At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
