Responsibilities Lead the design and execution of power solution projects for active product development, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Understand, analyze, and simulate new power architectures to develop optimal solutions aligned with future product roadmaps. Demonstrate technical leadership in power architecture development and implementation, delivering reliable, efficient, and cost‑effective solutions. Align with internal stakeholders on technical strategies and coordinate with industry partners to develop multi‑source solutions and maintain schedule integrity. Share technical learnings and progress in regular team meetings, conduct deep‑dive sessions with vendors and partners, and stay current with industry trends and innovations. Qualifications A Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Electronics Engineering (or equivalent experience). 7+ years of relevant industry experience. Deep expertise in Power Electronics, including AC/DC, DC/DC, HVDC, HDVR, automotive solutions, power semiconductors, magnetics, and capacitor technologies. Proven experience in system power architecture and power design. Demonstrated technical leadership in product solution development and roadmap execution. Consistently delivers high‑quality results that meet product requirements and timelines. How to stand out Promote a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Maintain clear and effective communication with both internal teams and external partners. Experience in data center, client, or automotive power architecture and design is a strong plus!
