What You'll Do:

• Provide direct patient care in a Med/Surg setting, utilizing nursing assessments and plans.
• Administer medications and treatments following protocols, monitoring patient responses.
• Document patient histories, symptoms, treatments, and care provided accurately.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and float across departments as needed.
• Educate patients and families, addressing emotional and social needs.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and standards of practice.
• Support long-term patient outcomes with quality care and professionalism.

What You Need:

• Valid RN license in New Mexico or through compact licensing
• BLS certification through AHA
• Minimum of 1 year of related nursing experience preferred
• Ability to float across Med/Surg departments
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
