You will oversee a high-volume retail pharmacy, ensuring safe, accurate dispensing, regulatory compliance, and exceptional patient care. Responsibilities include supervising pharmacists and technicians, managing inventory, optimizing workflow, and delivering clinical services such as counseling and immunizations. You will champion Walmart’s culture of integrity, customer service, and continuous improvement while collaborating with store leadership to drive quality, efficiency, and community health outcomes.
