Nurse Administrator: Lead Nursing Ops & Throughput

Adventist Health Tillamook is seeking a nurse leader to supervise nursing personnel and operations, collaborating with the executive team in day-to-day management. The role focuses on patient safety, clinical function facilitation, and staff coordination across units. The incumbent will use professional judgment and coordinate with Nursing Directors and other departments to optimize care delivery. Required RN licensure and CPR/BLS; ACLS is required at all facilities except Behavioral Health. #J-18808-Ljbffr Adventist Health
