The ideal candidate will lead a team of welders, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate welding operations on-site, managing a team of welders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Oversee welding procedures, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to project specifications.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks on welded components.
• Train and mentor welding staff, providing guidance on techniques and best practices.
• Coordinate with project managers to schedule work assignments and meet project deadlines.
• Maintain inventory of welding supplies and equipment, coordinating procurement as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical expertise to resolve welding-related problems.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in welding and in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proficiency in various welding techniques and equipment.
