No full remote or relocation assistance available at this time.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESFollowing is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Supports the design and administration of compensation programs including salary structures, incentive plans, and pay policies under limited supervision.2. Reviews compensation plans covering base pay, short-term and long-term incentives, allowances, deferred compensation, and sales compensation.3. Analyzes compensation through job analysis, classification, benchmarking, and participation in market surveys.4. Identifies, develops, and supports non-cash rewards and recognition programs to enhance employee engagement.5. Performs analysis of general compensation-related issues and draws from prior experience to make adjustments or recommend enhancements to solve problems.6. Analyzes and reviews competitive compensation assessments and makes recommendations to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.7. Understands regulatory requirements related to compensation programs.8. Works on large, moderately complex compensation and reward program projects and assignments and provides guidance to lower-level professionals.Required QualificationsThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a compensation professional.3. Strong working knowledge of compensation programs.4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Preferred Qualifications1. Proven comp experience within an Audit or Corporate Functions area2. Experience in the financial services industry.3. Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation.4. Project management experience.5.
