Why You’ll Love Working Here Pay: $18-$22 per hour Additional pay for night and weekend shifts Flexible scheduling based on your availability Consistent client assignments whenever possible Paid training and ongoing support Simple, app-based documentation (no paperwork) Supportive leadership team that is accessible and involved Opportunities to grow into higher-level caregiving roles What You’ll Do Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing) Prepare meals and assist with grocery errands Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment Observe and report any changes or concerns Document visits using our mobile care system What Helps You Succeed Compassionate, dependable, and respectful Comfortable working independently in a client’s home Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to perform light physical tasks (lifting up to :25 lbs) Reliable transportation (for applicable assignments) Access to a smartphone for scheduling and documentation Schedule & Location Full-time and part-time opportunities available Shifts available: weekdays, evenings, and weekends Service areas include: Honolulu, Pearl City, Kaneohe, Kailua, Waipahu, and Mililani We are actively expanding into additional areas as we grow our team Requirements Must be 18+ Ability to pass background check and TB clearance per Hawaii law (HAR11-700) Must be authorized to work in the United States We are an equal opportunity employer.
