River Landing Dentistry is growing, and we’re looking for an Assistant Office Manager to join our team!

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being involved in the day-to-day operations of a busy dental practice, loves working with people, and is ready to grow their leadership skills.

The Assistant Office Manager works closely with the Office Manager to help keep the front office organized, the schedule running smoothly, and our patients and team supported. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who notices what needs to be done, takes initiative, and follows through.

What you’ll help with:

• Supporting daily front office operations and patient flow
• Scheduling, patient follow-up, and keeping the schedule productive
• Patient accounts and routine administrative responsibilities
• Supporting and training team members
• Helping with supplies, compliance, and office organization
• Providing an exceptional experience for our patients
• Partnering with the Office Manager to identify and solve problems before they become bigger issues
