Physical Therapist

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role based in North Andover, MA. The Physical Therapist will assess patients’ conditions, review medical histories, and perform physical examinations to identify underlying causes of pain and functional limitations. Responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, providing manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, and educating patients on injury prevention, self-care, and home exercise programs. The role involves close collaboration with other therapists and staff, clear documentation of treatment progress, and regular communication with patients, caregivers, and referring providers. The Physical Therapist will also contribute to a supportive, patient-centered environment that promotes safe, efficient recovery and return to sport or work. Qualifications Strong knowledge and clinical skills in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and adjust evidence-based treatment plans. Experience in Patient Care and Home Care, including patient education, follow-up, and coordination of care beyond the clinic setting. Foundational understanding of Medicine as it relates to musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and sports-related conditions. Current Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program. Active Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure) in the state of Massachusetts. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and communicate clearly with patients of diverse backgrounds. Strong organizational skills, accurate documentation habits, and commitment to ethical, inclusive, and patient-centered practice. Prior experience in outpatient orthopedics or sports rehabilitation is preferred but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
