Johnson & Johnson seeks an experienced engineer to lead data quality, knowledge management, and operational intelligence initiatives across the MedTech R&D application portfolio. The role focuses on advancing service reliability, enabling data-driven decision-making, and driving continuous improvement across support operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee R&D knowledge management governance, lifecycle processes, and content quality standards across applications
- Develop operational intelligence dashboards, scorecards, and reporting frameworks for leadership decision-making
- Analyze incident, request, and support data to identify trends, chronic issues, and improvement opportunities
- Drive continuous service improvement initiatives and monitor KPIs related to service quality and operational efficiency
- Partner with product and operations teams to enhance service reliability and support outcomes
Requirements
- Experience with knowledge management practices, governance, and operational standards
- Proficiency in data analytics, dashboarding, and translating operational metrics into insights
- Background in service management, incident management, and request management processes
- Demonstrated expertise in continuous improvement methodologies and process optimization
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience with AI-readiness and content structuring for AI consumption
