2nd Shift Packer

Monday- Friday 2pm-10pm

$17.50 an hour


Pro Resources Staffing Services is partnered with a well-established company located in Garrett, IN. We are currently seeking Production Employees to inspect and package automotive products. This is a temporary position that will last around 2 months with the possibility of being direct hired at the end of the temporary assignment.


Job Duties

• Follow the process sheets when packaging parts and report any quality issues immediately to the shift supervisor.
• Delegate and assign job responsibilities of team members to ensure processes are followed and job rotation occurs.
• Inspect the parts and process before, during and after each packaging job.
• Record and maintain packaging rates, reporting any scrap.
• Accurately count production, labels, pallets, finished goods, etc.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, 25-35 pounds continuously, and less than 25 pounds frequently.
• Capable of standing for a 10-hour shift. Must be able to bend, stoop, climb and pick items up
